It's when I saw my dad hold my sister for the first time in the hospital. It's what he's told us to do all of our lives - be all you can be, don't let anyone stop you doing what you believe in. I'm so proud of my sister, she's the most amazing person I know.
Hide My Words in Your Heart

I watched the day she was born
He held her in his arms
Her little body so small
He cradled her tiny head
Snuggled in close and said:

You little one are my pride and joy
The joy you bring I cannot hide
Ten little fingers and ten little toes
You’re a gift from God, here on loan

Hide My Words in Your Heart
Lock ‘em up, keep ‘em safe
Your dreams can come true
If only you believe
Be happy what life gives you
And be glad about what it don’t
And remember, baby girl, I love you.

He watched over the years his little girl grow
Holding her in his arms
Now grown and on her own
He showered her with his love
and helped her dreams grow
and she still remembers . . .yes she does

Hide My Words in Your Heart
Lock ‘em up, keep ‘em safe
Your dreams can come true
If only you believe, yes believe
Be happy what life gives you
And be glad about what it don’t
And remember, baby girl, I Love You

Her bond with him’s so strong
Even thousands of miles a part
She still remembers what he did
How he been there through it all
Through the happy tears or through the pain
And she remembered his words

Hide My Words in Your Heart
Lock ‘em up, keep ‘em safe
Your dreams can come true
If only you believe, yes believe
Be happy what life gives you
And be glad about what it don’t
And remember, baby girl, I Love You

You little one are my pride and joy
The joy you bring I cannot hide
Ten little fingers and ten little toes
You’re a gift from God, here on loan
